Remote Learning
Our school provides remote education where it is required, for example in the event of school closure or pupil absence.
We use the same online platforms as in school to ensure continuity of learning. Remote education may include a combination of recorded or live teaching, online activities, and independent work set by teachers. The curriculum provided will be aligned as closely as possible with that taught in school.
Pupils are expected to engage with remote learning for an appropriate amount of time each day, in line with national guidance. Teachers will provide feedback on pupils’ work in accordance with our usual school policies.
We recognise that some pupils may need additional support to access remote education. If you have any concerns about access to technology or your child’s participation, please contact the school so that we can provide support.
